Eva has always been passionate and committed to various forms of exercise and has actively practiced Pilates  and Yoga for the last 10 years. Following the birth of her children she subsequently suffered a back complaint and was able to experience first-hand the benefits that Pilates can bring to such conditions.This experience and passion eventually led her to qualify as a professional Level 3 Pilates and Barre Concept instructor. Her keen interested in Yoga led her to train with Yoga Professionals in London as a Yoga teacher and she enjoys teaching and practicing both aspects of Yoga and Pilates. 



Lizzie trained as a Fitness Instructor in 1997 & has always been passionate about sport & fitness which led her to train as a personal trainer & Pilates Instructor in 2005. She gained her Black belt in kickboxing in 2006 which led her to train as a kickboxing instructor. In 2011 Lizzie was one of the first in the world to train as a Barre Concept Instructor. Finally this year she qualified as a Breast Cancer exercise specialist with the Pink Ribbon Program. She is also a qualified Reiki Therapist.

Pilates targets core postural muscles to keep your body balanced and your spine supported. It works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It teaches your body to give up any bad habits and trains you to move and breathe more efficiently.

Pilates is recommended by medical practitioners, is used as a method of rehabilitation and many athletes and dancers incorporate it within their fitness regime to keep their body fit, improve their movement quality and enhance their performance. Pilates importantly though, is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
